This training will focus on the good, bad and ugly of enforcing your MS4 permit requirements. We will take a look at tips and examples of regulating site plans and SWPPP designs as well as enforcing site violations and illicit discharges. Includes discussions on how to implement program procedures, including enforcement response procedures. There will be idea sharing and examples for educating internal staff and elected officials. MPCA staff will present on the upcoming permit reissuance and what changes to expect in the future.
