Section 10 New Permittee Applicants
10.1

10.2
To become a new permittee authorized to discharge stormwater under the General Permit, the owner /operator of a small MS4 must submit an application, on a form provided by the Agency, in accordance with the schedule in Appendix B, Table 3, and the following requirements:
- a. submit Part 1 of the permit application (includes the permit application fee); and
- b. submit Part 2 of the permit application, also known as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) document, in accordance with Section 12. [Minn. R. 7090]
