Residents getting a tour of post-construction best management practices in public spaces

MS4s are required to develop and implement a program to educate their community on the impact of stormwater discharge with the goal of fostering proper stormwater management behaviors. An educated and informed community can not only prevent pollution in stormwater, but also identify and report illicit discharges or non compliant construction activities.
