To provide comments, please follow the instructions in the survey form at http://survey.mn.gov/s.asp?k=154110622799.  The MPCA will review and consider all comments received and may make changes to the draft permit based on those comments, but the MPCA will not respond to each comment. The MPCA will provide formal responses to public comments, in accordance with Minn. R. 7001.1070, after the formal public comment period, which is planned for later this summer.
