A manual needs to have editions we can reference. A large organization like State of Minnesota has many designers and field staff who might be working off different updates on a page. It leads to inconsistency among staff and regulators. The stormwater manual is organized incredibly well and contains good information. It deserves the awards. One thing that would be VERY helpful, is if standards for installation for BMP's was included. For example, how far does silt fence need to be trenched into the ground?

Was looking for a discussion of how roofing over storage areas can reduce/eliminate exposure, but the only roofing topics evident were about green roofs.
