As a young man I remember studded tires . With good tread they worked very well , some will say they caused damage to the roads ? With good tread they worked very well , some will say they caused damage to the roads ? And had to be eliminated {studs,} .well guess what look at good ole Minnesota now , I can see the damage salt has caused not only road , deaths, because before it starts to work after application, the salt gets very slippery (cal chloride) and has been responsible for many accidents and deaths and what about our environment. I drive trucks and see this first hand , the water run off takes this to our vital areas of life sustaining water and foods . The health concern after all these years needs to be looked at closely the untold story of calcium chloride. It is amazing that with science as we know it cannot come up with an answer to a safe substance for the love of travel and commerce or does big money control this also . This would or could make Flint Michigan look like a joke if studied close. The study I have done is this it ruins a new car in 5 years 50K your house gets this in it from footwear your pets are affected their pads get hurt or burned they lick it ,cost ? Vet bills, deer Injest it humans eat deer meat health risks ? Aquifer we drink it , grain we eat it , death health risks cancer? I won’t buy it , calcium chloride is safe on our roads .
