The MPCA is in the initial stages of reissuing the MS4 General Permit. At this time, the MPCA anticipates the MS4 General Permit to be reissued in early 2019 (note: this is subject to change). Although the current MS4 General Permit expires on July 31, 2018, those covered under the current permit will be able to operate under it until the MPCA reissues the new permit.
