Thank you for participating in the informal pre-public notice comment period on the initial draft permit, which was available from May 7, 2019 through June 6, 2019. The MPCA is in the process of reviewing all comments received. The draft permit will be available again for review and comment during the formal public comment period, which is planned for later this summer.
