Thank you to everyone who has contributed to development of this website and to the Minnesota Stormwater Manual over the years.  It is not possible to capture the names of every person who has helped shaped this resource, but if it were, that list would include individuals from many organizations whose contributions range from informal feedback to providing technical expertise and support,  

Updates to technical content have occurred periodically since conversion to the electronic format. Contributors to these updates include external stakeholders, contractor staff, and MPCA staff. Acknowledgements for these contributions can be viewed using the links listed in the 'Manual updates' sections at the bottom of this page and in those sections of the manual where updates have occurred.

The Minnesota Stormwater Steering Committee had its genesis in the Stormwater Design Team, which began its activities in September 2003. Discussion within this team led to the recognition that a state-sponsored stormwater manual was needed to provide guidance for the many practitioners trying to make their way through a complicated stormwater management program in the state.

The Stormwater Design Team evolved into the Minnesota Stormwater Steering Committee, which initiated the production of this Minnesota Stormwater Manual. Preparation of the manual was guided by the committee’s Manual Subcommittee. The following individuals were involved in the initiation, preparation, or review of this document:
